The North American Invitational Model United Nations (NAIMUN)

The North American Invitational Model United Nations (NAIMUN) is one of the oldest UN simulation conferences for high school students in North America. Since 1963, the conference has been a forum in which a dynamic range of young students come from around the world to seek, through discussion, negotiation and debate, solutions to the various problems of the world. The 2,500 delegates convene for four days, simulating their role as delegates to the United Nations from a particular nation and serving as representatives of that country's policies. The conference is organized by the Georgetown International Relations Association, Inc., a non-profit organization that seeks to introduce potential leaders to the fundamentals of international relations. This was the first time we had the honor to attend this conference representing Baldwin School of Puerto Rico.

The students who attended the conference are:

1. Christopher Garcia
2. Magda Jordi
3. Rosiris Leon
4. Roberto Fernandez
5. Andrew Ferenczi
6. Eric Escribano
7. Eduardo Padia
8. Angelo Medina
