Golf Escapade 2005

The Golf Escapade was held on Saturday. April 30, 2005. This was a very special and particular year for the Golf Escapade Tournament. Due to tsunami tragedy over in Thailand, we felt compelled to help out one way or another. Through the Yuvabadhana Foundation in Thailand, we were able to help the school children of a province called Ranong who lost everything, even their families in that disaster.

Due to the generous contribution of all that participated, we managed to raise net profits of $59,560.91. The Board of Directors consented to sending $10,000 to the Yuvabadhana Foundation to help restore the school and provide materials for these children to continue with their education despite their situation. Therefore, in essence, we were left with $49,560.91 for our Scholarship Program.

Please remember that the Scholarship Program is a year-long program. There are neither deadlines nor limitations to contribute to this cause.  For the first time, a Scholarship student graduates from Baldwin School , and it is a wonderful achievement. We must do everything we can to ensure that other children get the same opportunity.  The possibilities are endless if we all work together towards the same goal.

Thank You!
