Requirements for Selection Process
- 6th Grade students (applying for the 7th grade)
- Student bilingual in English and Spanish
- Transcripts (GPA 3.5 or higher) including 6th grade
- Completed Scholarship Application Form
- Two Teacher Recommendations - Math and English
- Recommendation letter from the principal
- Preliminary Test - To be announced
- Copy of 2007 Income Tax Return
- Application form (and other requirements) deadline: To be announced

Scholar Requirements
Once accepted, the Scholarship student must maintain and abide by certain guidelines in order to keep his / her scholarship. These include:
- Maintaining a minimum of a “B” average in academic subjects
- Abiding by the By-Laws of Baldwin School
- Following the guidelines and policies stated in the Enrollment Agreement
- Attending summer school (newly accepted students only)
- Submitting Financial Aid / Income Tax Forms Annually
- Participating in community service programs
- Receiving an annual evaluation
The Scholarship may include:
- Tuition
- Books
- Fees
- Lunch
- Ring Expenses in Junior year
- Field Trips
- Summer School first year only
- PE / School uniforms
- Transportation (if required)
- Tutoring, if required
