Non Refundable Charges:• New applicant fee of $150 per student.
• One time initial enrollment fee of $2,000 per family.• Annual building fee of $1,600 per family assessed for the ongoing construction and improvement of the school’s facilities in accordance with our long range development plan.

• Tuition deposit of $1000 due upon enrollment and re-enrollment in order to reserve space.
• A late enrollment fee of $200 per student for re-enrollment processed after February 8, 2008.
Payment TermsThe tuition deposit, building fee and late enrollment fee (if applicable) are due upon submission of the registration/re-enrollment documents.
Single Payment - all tuition fees, less a 1.5% discount are due on May 1, 2008.
Bi-annual Payment - tuition is divided into two payments due May 1 and December 1.
The December payment will include a carrying charge of 4.5%.
Baldwin School of P.R. is now offering a credit card payment option to all families. Should you wish to pay with Visa, Mastercard or ATH a 2% processing fee will be added to each payment amount.
The School depends upon its collection of payments from parents in order to meet its obligations and manage its cash flow. Parents who foresee difficulties in making their payments on time are urged to contact the Business Office. The school policy with respect to delinquent accounts, where no other mutually satisfactory arrangements have been made, is to withhold grades and/or transcripts and, where appropriate, to deny admission or readmission to classes.
All past due accounts will be assessed a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
A fee of $30 will be assessed on all returned checks.Cash or cashier’s check will be required after the second returned check.
