Alumni Return to Your Roots BBQ
The rainy weather tried to dampen the Alumni Return to Your Roots BBQ of June 10, 2005, but it surely didn’t dampen our spirits. We are extremely happy to report that we had an increase in attendance from last year! Alums from the class ’80, ‘84’,90’,92’,’02, ’04 and even a recent grad of ’05 were present.Inobelia, as always took care of us and catered our appetites with her delicious food. Anything she prepared didn’t last too long on the table. It was such a family oriented setting. We all felt right at home, inside her kitchen as some of us ate and others helped. Ana Montalvo ’92 brought the Baldwin scrapbook she had been working on for some time for everyone to see, which is always a highlight to the afternoon, as well as gazing at all the yearbooks and listening to all the stories.
Thank You for making this a wonderful activity. We are sure that with time it’ll be as successful as the X-mas reunion. Until next time, keep posting your messages and updates on the Forum, we love hearing from you everyday, and come back to see pictures from the first U.S. mini reunion in NYC!
