The Alumni Office
Established in October 2003, the Baldwin School Alumni Office reaches out to connect Baldwin Alums.
The main focus of the office staff is to maintain constant communication with our alums in Puerto Rico and abroad.
The following are ways in which the Alumni Office connects with the alumni community:
• School Website – serves as the main communication for Baldwin’s alums. Please visit the website often; it is updated frequently in order to benefit the alums, and make reading about other alumni an enjoyable experience.
• Online Community – this will allow you to network with other members, stay up-to-date with news, find out about upcoming events, visit your group homepages, submit notes and photos, maintain your personal profile page and much more!
• Visits abroad – established to help reach the alums that are studying or now reside outside of Puerto Rico. In the past, successful meetings have taken place in Boston, New York, Orlando, Washington, Atlanta and Virginia.
• Alumni Birthday Program – Every month the alumni office staff reminds their alums how special they are by honoring those who are celebrating birthdays . To continue the success of this program it is important that we receive the most current contact information from each one of you.
• Activities• Annual Holiday Party – held on the 26th of December, it has become the traditional yearly meeting for our alums. It is the perfect time to reunite with classmates and take a break from school. The cost for the activity is $10.00 per person, a contribution towards the event expenses.
•Rest and Relax Gatherings - in an effort to reach out to our alums residing on the island, the Alumni Association Executive Board decided to implement a series of activities that we hope will be of your enjoyment. The Rest and Relax Gatherings will be scheduled throughout the year at different locations. The main purpose of the activity is to help the alums network and re-connect with each other while enjoying a restful and relaxing time after a long day at work or school.
