At Baldwin school, we are committed to providing our students with a world-class education. With this goal in mind, we are planning to build a much needed addition to our campus - The Innovation Center for Science, Technology, and Engineering.
Upon completion of this Capital Campaign, in conjunction with the International Baccalaureate program, we will be a world-class institution without peer in the Caribbean. Let’s make this happen!
Baldwin School of Puerto Rico is in the planning stages of a new building structure: The Innovation Center for Science, Technology and Engineering. This new 2-story building will be located adjacent to the existing Administration Building on the site currently occupied by the school's Infirmary. The primary purpose of this facility is to provide the school with an environment where students can focus on subjects like Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in order to gain the skills required to succeed in today's challenging world, which includes the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and drive advancements in science and technology. The center is intended as a playground for students who aspire to become future scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs. The Center will also house the Upper School Library and Media Center which will be a state of the art 21st century learning environment that will foster a love for reading, collaboration and promote the effective use of information and communications technology.
Baldwin School of Puerto Rico is in the planning stages of a new Elementary School Library. The Library will be at its present location inside the Administration Building. The existing space to be vacated by the Middle/Upper School Library (to become part of the New Innovation Center Building) will be used to create a 21st Century Library space that is inviting, age appropriate, flexible and inspirational.
