Program Philosophy

Our athletic program at the elementary level is focused on providing our participants with the opportunities to develop specific sports and general social skills with the main interest being the participation of all athletes involved.  The league also provides rules consistent with our beliefs of participation.  At the M/U School level, competition takes a more prominent role, but social skills are still extremely important.

Try-outs are held at all levels to select the teams that will represent Baldwin during league sports’ seasons.  Due to league regulations and established rules regarding participation, there are limits on how many participants are allowed in each sport.  Our coaching staff is well prepared and aware of our priorities regarding athletics.
