This year our book sale will be provided to you by our new book supplier Librería Luna. They will be providing services for the ordering and selling of books to our Baldwin Community effective today. Librería Luna has successfully been in the textbook business for many years. They are conveniently located at calle Argentina A-18, Urb. Oasis Gardens in Guaynabo, PR 00969 and can be reached at 787-782-7331. We are counting on your support and cooperation to make this transition a successful one for all.
The book ordering process will be as follows:
• In addition, parents also have the option of ordering their books via Libreria Luna’s fax at 787-782-7361. Soon, Baldwin School parents will also be able to order their books through through Libreria Luna’s website (www.librerialunapr.com). NOTE: Librería Luna gives Baldwin School parents the benefit of accepting used books.
• For an additional charge of $10.00, parents may also choose to have their orders delivered directly to their homes. For this service, you must provide a clear address and phone number where you can be reached by Librería Luna to ensure that your delivery will be successful.
• Parents who cannot pick-up their orders during the distribution dates, may do so directly at Librería Luna’s facilities on Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Librería Luna accepts credit cards, cash or checks payable to Librería Luna.
• Supplies are also available for purchase at Librería Luna, with a 10% discount for Baldwin School parents, or you may choose a store of your preference.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY CHOOSE TO PURCHASE YOUR BOOKS AND SUPPLIES AT THE STORE, SUPPLIER, OR INTERNET SITE OF YOUR CHOICE.
Neither Librería Luna nor Baldwin School is responsible for Publishers who do not have their books available at the time of the sale. Parents are responsible to follow-up on any backorder. Please be sure to keep your order and purchase receipts, as no changes will be permitted without it!
