This year the NHS will be hosting a day of fun and sports as you create teams with friends and compete!

All proceeds will be directed towards Lily’s Angels, a Down Syndrome Awareness organization. Please visit their page to learn more about their wonderful mission and all they have accomplished.
There is a maximum of 20-25 people per team and all those who wish to participate in the event have to pay a fee of $20. However, we encourage teams to try and donate as much as possible towards this cause. The team that is able to donate the most will earn an award!
