The Baldwin School of Puerto Rico invites an experienced, collaborative and empathetic professional to join our team as an Assistant/Associate College Counselor. In our close-knit community, college counseling is more than just a process, it is a deeply personal journey. We are seeking a motivated advocate who is passionate about knowing every student by name and story, partnering closely with families to navigate the path to higher education with thoughtfulness and culturally responsive ways.

The Middle School STEM Teacher and Program Coordinator is a hybrid faculty and curricular role responsible for designing and delivering multidisciplinary STEM learning experiences for students in Grades 6–8, while leading the strategic development of the school's STEM program. Grounded in hands-on, inquiry-driven practice that draws on tools such as coding, robotics, and fabrication, this position bridges classroom instruction and curricular architecture, ensuring that Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics come together into a coherent and meaningful learning journey within the Middle Years Program.
