Bulls Pride Shout Out to Alejandro Perez-Robles ’23, who coordinated a CAS project with our Baldwin community where students from 6th – 12th grades prepared hundreds of luminaries to help raise funds for the Stefano Steenbakkers Betancourt Foundation (SSBF). Alejandro made a partial delivery of 1,400 luminaries in December, of which 900 were made by students. During the break, he completed a total of 2,300 luminaries. Ms. Zorimar Betancourt, the founder of SSBF, suggested a donation of $5 for each luminaire, so the large inventory submitted represented fundraising of $11,500. Watch the video here!
