Baldwin School's 1st Soirée Française took place last Friday, March 28 in our VPAC. The evening consisted of a 1 hour show prepared by students of different French levels and a tasty, informal French food "dégustation" prepared by the French Club. This activity is intended to expose our students' progress in the acquisition of a 3rd language, and to enjoy an evening full of art, performance, and food from the French speaking world. This year the evening was inspired by a diversity of performances that goes from a theatrical adaptation of the classic "Le Petit Prince" to a musical performance of contemporary urban French rap. Thanks to all parents, students, faculty and staff that gave their support to this special evening. We hope to see you there next year because this Soirée was definitely a "succès"!
