This past Spring Break, the Pre - AP French class students had the opportunity to go to France in a full language and cultural immersion trip. For one week students lived in the southern French city of Toulouse with host families who made the utmost to show their city, traditions, and customs to our kids. During our stay, we had the opportunity to go to school with their "French brothers and sisters" and get a glance into the daily life of a French teenager. After this already amazing experience, the group traveled by train to spend a weekend in Paris. They had a marvelous time biking through the City of Lights, tasting traditional French food in different restaurants, walking around in the Artist District of Montmartre, visiting french markets, museums, cathedrals, and many other places. this was definitely a life changing experience that our Baldwin French students will never forget about, and it proves that the hard work of learning a third language does have its rewards."
