Space Academy 2015

Space Academy Week 1:
Twenty-two sixth grade students headed off to Huntsville, Alabama where they built rockets, completed several simulated missions, experienced the 1/6th gravity chair and worked together to solve various challenging tasks. Congratulations to all the students for the teamwork, especially Anna Isabelle Sole for earning "The Right Stuff" Award.

Space Academy Week 2:
Twenty-one sixth graders headed off to become the next group of trainees to experience the adventures of Space Academy. During the week they learned about the Science of Space Flight, Rocketry and Propulsion, 101 Inventions and Expedition Living. In addition to all these activities, they were able to have fun in the snow. Congratulations to Cristina Rodriguez for earning "The Right Stuff Award" and to all the students for their success throughout the week.
