Golden Age literature-oriented student trip to Spain

The Baldwin MUS Spanish Dept would like to thank Tasis School for inviting us to participate in a special literature oriented trip to Spain. 8 students from Baldwin will be joining their group and leaving on November 19th. On this “Golden Age Trip” students will experience the culture that produced some of the most important pieces of Spanish literature.

Students will be going on a literature-oriented trip to Spain from November 19 – 29, 2015 for students in 9th – 12th grades. This cultural trip is coordinated by Mrs. Liliana Brugueras, 9th and 10th grade teacher, whose classes are primarily related to the literature of the XVI and XVII centuries; and Ms. Jossie Cepero, a Spanish teacher at Tasis School. On this “Golden Age Trip” our students will experience the culture that produced the most important pieces of Spanish (and universal) literature included in our reading program. Spanish professors, who will offer vivid lessons in the original atmosphere of the literary creations, will guide the trip. Please contact Mrs. Brugueras [email protected]or Mrs. Fernandez [email protected] for more information.
