I love to run, and do so various times a week. I'm also an avid reader and am always looking for recommendations.
If you could have anyone as your teacher, who would you pick?
I was obsessed with Judy Blume as a child, and would have loved to have her as my English teacher.

I went to college and worked in the US.

I am an unabashed old-school reggaeton connoisseur.

I'd like to run a full marathon.
Who inspires you?
My greatest inspiration was my mother.
What do you like about your job?
I love being a 9th grade advisor because I get to know my students and I hear about their lives. I also love visiting classrooms and seeing our kids & teachers in action. Baldwin is a very special place to work because we get to be with kids all day, plus we have spectacular colleagues.
What's your favorite thing about Puerto Rico?
I love everything about Puerto Rico. My favorite thing about our tiny island is our people. Puerto Ricans are diverse, and our culture is a wonderful blend of Caribbean and US influence, mixed with our Taíno, Spanish and African heritage. There is no place I'd rather be.
What are your top five personal values?
I believe in hard work, respect, authenticity, kindness and empathy.
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
Probably Calle 13 or Vico C.
