Important dates for 2025-2026 Admission
All applications submitted this semester for 25-26 will now be considered on a rolling admissions basis.
The deadline to complete all admissions requirements for August entry is June 13, 2025. Incomplete applications will be reviewed in August subject to space availability.
Preschool Assessment Saturday
- Feb 15 for PPK-PK-K
Candidate Age Parameters:
Minimum age requirements apply for applicants entering PPK-PK-K and Elementary 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade.
- 3 years of age by July 31st for Pre Pre Kinder

4 years of age by July 31st for Pre Kinder

5 years of age by July 31st for Kindergarten

6 years of age by July 31st for 1st grade

7 years of age by July 31st for 2nd grade

8 years of age by July 31st for 3rd grade

Admission of a student is based on space availability, a satisfactory record of conduct, academic achievement, and recommendations for admission made by the Admissions Committee.

We reserve the right to accept any admission application to 11th and 12th grades based on Baldwin School’s IB Diploma Program graduation criteria and admission requirements. If you’re interested in applying to 11th or 12th grade please contact the Admission Office before you begin the application process.
