welcome back into our first town hall the year Saturday we can be MVP pack right now but we're going to try to make the best out of it last may you elected me as a new student council president make sure you had a voice protect you and always unites all as one alongside the new student council members Nicole Amanda and try to make this year the most memorable yet of course it's one of the hardest tasks to keep you guys motivated and that's why I want to tell you guys stay positive stay positive I know it frustrating I want to go back to school with my friends being clubs and sports we just can't I promise you that we will be doing a lot of competitive games such as the trick shot challenge or Spirit Week 2 the spear points alive and of course we need you guys to be motivated deposited and be helpful for a student leader so we can meet you guys to a successful first semester end go back in second semester and finish off right at the end of this town hall we're going to present you a very well-known event in Baldwin as a modified version for a virtual world stay tuned for the rest of the town hall and please hear me out be positive stain and let's get started how many student council you're very thrilled to prevent the first town hall of the 2020-2021 school year Pride shout-outs let's get it started first we like to give a shout out to all the students in Baldwin welcome next. Shout out to all the teachers and staff school years additionally we like to give a shout out to all the students to participate in Call of Duty locked Wednesday every grade games 500 points from college last but not least that's what the ring ceremony this weekend graduation we hope you enjoy this I just started first Olympics first color television the best class for the middle school with the class of 2020 in the best class for spear we continue with International Cuisine we saw Puerto Rican Cuisine Mexican Cuisine Chinese cuisine Italian cuisine in last week's French cuisine price of 2026 120 Upper School class of 2020 Rhys Hoskins about Pac-Man Wii Sports Lego and Minecraft in the Middle School recently graduated class s class in the Middle School after watching the Spirit Week video Collier thinking who won last year well here are finally the winners and the announcement on who won in middle school and high school and let me say is I going to have their price once 19 stops and we can go back to normality but they are going to get their prize and if you win this year as well you'll get double the prize for Middle School in third place. first class in second place the red class and the first place the purple class congratulations for the Middle School winners now on to the high school 4th Place it's the blue Cruise third-place yellow class and second-place dog Greenstein and in first place if the orange patch congratulations to all 2 minutes from This Town Hall assembly please raise your right hand I promise to be spirited and enthusiastic I promise that's a good example for my classmates and I will be a leader I will be okay inside and outside of the classroom classroom I promise to wear my class, how do you spell misses where is school uniform congrats Yellow Claw hello everybody my name is Nicole Whitman and I enjoying the Arts I meant at Baldwin School and teaching 7th 9th and 10th grade Visual Arts I'm very very excited to be joining your community and I can't wait to see you all really said go balls take me to Valentina restore items from the elementary school where I've been teaching the past couple of years and now I am so happy and excited to belong to the individuals and Society department where I'll be teaching u.s. history 9th grade DC economic interest rate and virtual new year and I'm sure we're going to learn a lot I'm going to a lot from all of you and I hope you do the same from me so I'll see you hopefully around campus very soon by diebold in my name is Leah remini's I'm going to be joining the science. for middle and Upper School teaching MIP science for 9th graders and DP environmental systems and societies can't wait to meet you all hopefully soon and on campus president vice president secretary relationship what is a everyone is a simulation of the real United Nations but what does that mean Anna Bates little detail other topic so how was the club Hotel using my voice I need to find a new and stress that I want to continue to stay in the future Ariana's really help what will this club do for you research and public speaking skills to tools that will help you immensely but making you more confident in your own voice and more specifically what you have to do is caulking also help you create so many friendship aside from that widen your horizons in and out of your Shenandoah thank you for watching the video we hope you like it and please if you're interested in joining the club dues the Google form link that will be provided after my guys stay safe and stay healthy we hope to see you soon the banner is back and the rules are simple you have to do in the sign that it's related to your class color either it could be digitally Donna on paper and it's a beaut vertical since it's stimulating the Banners are hung up on the V pack and of course you have to do a speech as well which will be given the banners for us to pass out to the judges days prior to the final event which is on September 28th you'll be evaluating with the rubric each banner and videos and they will determine who is the winner in middle and high school you'll be watching a town hall just like this one in your class meetings which will be showing the banners and the videos and at the end of that sound called the winners will be announced and still have the same value and we want all you guys keep on working hard keep on getting motivated since it's going to be one of the most competitive Years yet although we're in a virtual world we're going to have a lot of events spearpoint related and let me tell you guys call us after this town hall to stick in our meeting on that cast meeting and discuss and bring some your new banner ideas because I want you to be competitive as possible thank you and I hope you enjoyed our first town hall on this year see you on September 28th and good luck on your balance
