As your dedicated food service provider at Baldwin School of Puerto Rico, we are happy to announce our continued partnership with nationally renowned software provider Hotlunch.com to manage our online lunch order administration and point of sale terminals at Baldwin School of Puerto Rico.
For our returning customers, please continue using the app as you did during the previous school year(s). All existing balances will carry over to the new year. Kindly remember to update your child’s grade and classroom number to ensure accurate subsidy eligibility.
Any new user (employee or student) must have an account in order to make purchases at the cafeteria. Please log in at https://qualityfoodco.ahotlunch.com/login and create an account so you may be eady to pre-order lunch for your child(ren) or purchase directly in our cafeteria. After you activate your account, you will need a school code to add your child(ren). Your school code for the new software is: Baldwin
Once registered, you can download the Hotlunch.com’s iOS App from iTunes App Store. The domain you need to enter is: qualityfoodco. There is currently no available app for Samsung Android app users. Android users need to use the web browser to carry out all transactions.
Please keep the following details in mind:
● We do not accept cash or credit cards at our point of sale (POS) in the Cafeteria. All transactions must be done through the app or web browser.
● An annual software fee of $8.99 will be charged with your first purchase of the 2025–2026 school year.
● No refunds are given. All balances must be used by the end of each school year.
● Starting this year, unpaid account balances will not be allowed to exceed $50.00. This will maintain the financial sustainability of the program and ensure an uninterrupted service for all our customers.
